Hello!
I hope this message finds you in good spirits ahead of the holiday season. I know it has been a very difficult year and things are still unsettled and quite scary for a lot of people. Good health is so important and now more than ever we must look after our physical and mental health as best we can. As I type I’m just getting over bronchitis myself so I haven’t been able to get out into nature as much as I’d like. But I am optimistic and incredibly motivated for 2022.
Next year will see a return to running workshops outdoors and meeting people again. Being a self employed photographer can be a lonely way of life at times so believe me when I say that I’m very much looking forward to it! Starting on February 6th with a new ‘Winter Solitude’ workshop which sold out in record time. I’m actually thinking of adding another date for this if there is further interest, do let me know.
I also have two spaces available for the Spurn Point ‘Coastal Visions’ workshop, see the tuition page for details. Perhaps you might know someone that’s interested, or maybe as a last minute gift? Spurn Point never disappoints!
It’s a fair way off yet but I’ve also added a 1 day creative workshop for Wastwater in the Lake District next Autumn. It would be great if you fancy joining me for that. Some of my favourite images have been made there.
If you’re not feeling like leaving the comfort of your home, Zoom tuition is also available. It’s surprising what you can learn in just one hour so if there’s anything you’d like to brush up on just send me a message. Again see the tuition page for more details.
If you’ve left the Christmas shopping a bit late, vouchers are available on the website too, in various denominations. Vouchers can be used towards prints or tuition.
That’s about it from me for 2021, have a great Christmas and see you in the New Year!
Best wishes
Karl.
