Arashiyama, Kyoto, is home to a famous Bamboo forest. It is a dream like place, serene and otherworldly. On this particular day I was looking for compositions which moved me. Moments in time and stillness. This reflection caught my eye. I stood awhile, entranced by the beauty. The only sounds were those of a slight breeze through the foliage and the ever present cicadas.
